Parties Rules

Socks in the play area!

Socks must be worn by both parents and children in the play area. Sorry, no shoes or bare feet. Socks can be purchased at the front desk if needed

No food or drinks in the play area!

No food, drinks, or candy allowed in the play area. Snacks and beverages must be consumed in party room or rest area.

No sharp objects!

No sharp objects are allowed in the facility. We kindly ask you to use plastic utensils.

Improper use of toys!

Improper use of toys will result in your child's removal from the playground.

Lost or damaged property!

We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property.

Nut free environment!

We are a nut-free environment. No peanuts or nut products are allowed on the premises. Even though we are a nut-free facility, we do not guarantee to be peanut or nut free.

Drop-in service age

Please note that children must be 6 years and older for the drop-in service.

Age restrictions for play area sections

All children under 6 years must be accompanied by parent or caregiver.

Parent supervision

Certain play areas are restricted by age. Please abide by the age guidelines for each play area.

Injury and loss responsibility

The Kids Fun Factory, and their respective directors, officers, committee members, members, employees, coaches, volunteers, officials, judges, participants, agents, owner’s/operator’s of facilities, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind suffered by a Participant during, or as a result of, the sport or any program, activity or event, caused in any manner whatsoever including, but not limited to, the negligence of the Organization.

Party Deposit

The party deposit is $50 must be paid at least 14 days before the party and the balance must be paid before the end of the party. Parties cancelled over 14 days prior to the party date will have their deposit available for transfer to another date or for use on future admission. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the party date will have 50% of their deposit transferable. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to party date will forfeit their deposit.

Party Arrival Time

You should arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the start of the party.

Health Condition

Children who are unwell during their visit will be kindly asked to leave the premises for risk of infection to other patrons. Sorry no exceptions will be made when children are unwell as our company reputation for hygiene and safety is paramount.
