Reopen Plan

Staff team should:
- Be made up of two to five staff;
- Lead COVID-19 prevention plan;
- Ensure best practices are followed by all staff and customers for overall safety;
- Keep themselves updated with changing guidelines and policies from federal, provincial, and municipal governments to decide appropriate action plan;
- Reduce the number of employees on site through alternating workdays or shifts.

 

Facility safety:
- Maintain social distancing between staff and customers (2 metres or 6 feet) at waiting area;

- Implement additional cleaning and disinfecting protocols, especially for play structure surfaces and washrooms, using a mixture of 5 mL of bleach (5% sodium hypochlorite) and 250 mL of water;
- Provide hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes and a place to wash hands;
- No more than one adult permitted per child;

- No dine-in service available until further notice*; 
- Sanitize point of sale and VR equipment after each use;
- Regularly scheduled cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day, use disposable cleaning cloths and gloves;
- Make sure employees have appropriate supplies for proper hygiene;
- Clean and disinfect essential shared equipment before and after use;

 

All adults need to follow the safety guidelines in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
